All fitness levels welcome. No pace requirements. No fees. Just show up, walk, and connect.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in 904 Walk Club events involves physical activity including walking on public streets, sidewalks, parks, and trails. I acknowledge inherent risks including uneven terrain, traffic, weather conditions, physical exertion, and interaction with other participants. I voluntarily assume all risks and accept personal responsibility for any injury.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge 904 Walk Club, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated individuals from any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from any loss, damage, or injury sustained during club activities.

Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition preventing my participation. I agree to seek my own medical treatment if needed.

Photo & Media Release

I grant 904 Walk Club permission to use photographs, video, or media taken during events for promotional purposes including social media and marketing.

General
